- • As a Business Development Executive within Oxford Corporation's Life Sciences division, you will take ownership of developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts across the Leinster region, partnering with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and position Oxford’s consulting and contract staffing solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close, build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet or exceed targets, and develop client relationships by gathering organisational information, exchanging market data, and advising on methods to meet client needs.
- • Oxford Global Resources, operating since 1984, delivers high-impact consulting, contract staffing, and project-based solutions globally with a strong presence in the Life Sciences sector, offering an environment where you can think big, have fun, and make a difference through passion, positivity, and accountability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within consulting, staffing, or Life Sciences
- • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
