📋 Description

  • Serve as the primary driver for new business development across the beauty, wellness, and self-care industry in Athens, identifying and securing partnerships with salons, barbershops, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices.
  • Conduct targeted outreach and cold outreach campaigns to prospective business owners and operators to introduce Fresha’s AI-powered operating system and its end-to-end suite of tools including appointment booking, point-of-sale, customer records, marketing automation, loyalty programs, inventory management, and team scheduling.
  • Collaborate directly with the Commercial team and the General Manager of Europe to align on regional growth targets, territory planning, and sales strategy execution.
  • Demonstrate Fresha’s platform through live product demos tailored to the operational needs of small to medium-sized beauty and wellness businesses, highlighting integrations with Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner businesses, including owners, managers, and operators, to drive adoption and conversion from trial to paid subscription.
  • Track and report on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and sales metrics using internal CRM systems to ensure accountability and alignment with quarterly and annual business development goals.
  • Act as the local market expert for Athens, gathering and relaying insights on competitor activity, customer pain points, and regional trends to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and local networking gatherings to increase Fresha’s brand visibility and generate qualified leads within the beauty and wellness ecosystem.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision, managing a high-volume pipeline while maintaining a disciplined approach to time management and follow-up processes.
  • Leverage Fresha’s consumer marketplace data to identify high-potential businesses with strong online engagement but limited digital booking infrastructure, and proactively engage them with customized value propositions.
  • Ensure all client communications reflect Fresha’s brand voice and commitment to empowering beauty and wellness professionals with technology that simplifies operations and increases revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, contract terms, and partnership agreements within the company’s sales systems.
  • Support onboarding coordination by providing clear handoffs to Customer Success and Implementation teams upon contract signing.
  • Stay informed on product updates, new feature releases, and integration enhancements to effectively communicate value to prospects and address objections.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales collateral, pitch decks, and outreach templates based on real-world feedback and conversion outcomes.
  • Represent Fresha professionally in all external engagements, upholding the company’s reputation as a trusted, innovative platform for the global beauty and wellness industry.
