  • • Lead and disrupt the sleep industry by developing business strategies and partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business plans, including setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations, including market, financial, and operational risks.
  • • Develop and maintain knowledge of the sleep industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
  • • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and relationships within the industry, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's financials, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations, including market, financial, and operational risks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
