📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Intern at Alan SAS in Toronto, you will play a key role in building the company’s presence in Canada, a new and rapidly growing market for this global health partner with $1B+ revenue and 35,000 customers worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will join customer and prospect calls to learn the sales cycle, build scalable workflows and internal AI tools for sales and marketing teams, support partnership outreach, and contribute to go-to-market strategies by researching customer segments and analysing competitors.
- • You will work closely with the GM of Canada, the Chief of Staff, and leadership across sales, marketing, and operations, gaining direct exposure to high-level decision-making while owning projects from start to finish in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- • This internship offers the chance to build real impact — from organising events that generate sales pipeline to creating AI tooling that accelerates GTM plans — while developing analytical thinking, execution discipline, and versatility in a mission-driven company focused on transforming health benefits into a strategic asset for employers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- • Strong communication skills and comfort working with ambiguity
- • Demonstrated analytical thinking and business sense, with the ability to frame the right questions and make sound decisions
- • Proven execution and collaboration skills, including owning projects and delivering results with minimal hand-holding
