  • • Drive adoption of Carwow’s Sell My Car platform by onboarding independent motor traders and franchise dealer groups through consultative selling and tailored product demonstrations.
  • • Generate new business primarily through high-volume cold outreach and inbound leads conducted over the phone, with occasional field visits to support key deal closures.
  • • Identify and upsell additional services including transport, wallet, stock funding, and emerging platform offerings to increase dealer engagement and revenue per account.
  • • Build and nurture long-term business relationships with key decision-makers across automotive retail, including General Managers, Group Buyers, Business Owners, and Sole Traders.
  • • Deliver compelling, adaptable pitches tailored to different stakeholder levels and business sizes within the motor trade sector.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handover of newly onboarded dealers and support reactivation of inactive accounts.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity to support sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • • Proactively identify growth opportunities by interpreting CRM data and sales metrics to uncover potential risks, gaps, and expansion areas within the dealer network.
  • • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, scale-up environment requiring agility, resilience, and a proactive approach to evolving business priorities.
  • • Represent Carwow professionally in all dealer interactions, upholding the company’s brand and commitment to innovation in automotive retail.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, messaging, and onboarding workflows based on frontline feedback and performance outcomes.
  • • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align dealer acquisition strategies with broader company goals and new product launches.
  • • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for dealer sign-ups, bidding activity, and platform usage growth.
  • • Stay informed on automotive retail trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations to provide informed advice and build credibility with potential partners.
  • • Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize outreach efforts and optimize time allocation across high-potential dealer segments.
  • • Participate in regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge and refine sales techniques in line with platform updates and market shifts.
