- • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
- • **Pipeline Generation and Prospecting**: Proactively identify, pursue, and engage potential customers across the UK, focusing on mid-market and SMB accounts (up to 10,000 employees). Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead engagement, and strategic outreach. Utilize tools like LinkedIn and automated sales platforms (e.g., Gong) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- • **Full Sales Cycle Management**: Lead opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Apply structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to qualify, advance, and convert deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
- • **Stakeholder Engagement**: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes by building strong relationships with decision-makers, champions, and procurement contacts. Tailor your approach to address the unique needs and priorities of each stakeholder, fostering consensus and driving momentum toward closing.
- • **Value Proposition Development**: Craft compelling value propositions and commercial cases that align Everway’s solutions with customer needs. Articulate the product’s benefits clearly, address objections, and demonstrate how Read&Write can solve specific challenges faced by organizations.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to support pipeline development, deal progression, and customer onboarding. Ensure seamless handoffs and alignment across departments to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- • **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, conversion rates, and overall performance. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve sales targets, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), logo capture, and pipeline generation goals.
- • **Representation and Thought Leadership**: Represent Everway at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Position yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the neuroinclusive technology space, enhancing the company’s brand and credibility.
