  • Ryz Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director – Workforce Solutions Business Development to spearhead the growth of our expanding Workforce Solutions practice. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales leader who will be instrumental in acquiring enterprise clients and establishing Ryz Labs as a premier provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting, and comprehensive recruiting operations support.
  • As a foundational member of this burgeoning service line, you will have a unique opportunity to significantly influence its strategic direction and operational scaling. Your primary focus will be on cultivating robust relationships with enterprise organizations that recognize the critical need for scalable, efficient, and sophisticated talent acquisition infrastructure and operations. This is more than just a sales role; it's a chance to be a key architect of a new business vertical within a forward-thinking technology and operations partner.
  • The Director will lead intricate, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles, collaborating closely with internal leadership to conceptualize and deliver bespoke workforce solutions tailored to the specific challenges and objectives of our clients. You will be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, engaging with C-suite executives and senior HR leaders, and translating client needs into actionable, high-value service offerings.
  • Key responsibilities will encompass identifying and proactively pursuing new workforce solutions opportunities within target enterprise organizations. This involves building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, including Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations leaders, and other influential business executives. You will be responsible for navigating complex sales processes from initial prospecting and qualification through to contract negotiation and successful closure.
  • Beyond direct sales, you will play a crucial role in solution development. This entails working hand-in-hand with our internal recruiting and operations teams to design and articulate customized workforce solutions. You will be instrumental in structuring comprehensive programs, including RPO, embedded recruiting models, and advanced talent operations support. A significant part of this responsibility involves defining clear engagement models, developing competitive pricing structures, and establishing robust delivery frameworks that ensure client success and operational excellence.
  • Strategic account development is another cornerstone of this role. You will be tasked with fostering long-term, strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, moving beyond transactional relationships to become a trusted advisor. This includes identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, thereby deepening our engagement and increasing client lifetime value. Your insights will be invaluable in guiding clients on optimizing their workforce and recruiting infrastructure for sustained growth and competitive advantage.
  • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth. This means consistently closing large, impactful workforce solutions engagements and making a substantial contribution to the overall growth and profitability of the practice.
