• We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sr. Business Development Manager to spearhead our affiliate and VIP client acquisition efforts within Germany and the broader Central European Union.
• This pivotal role is responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic partnerships, with a primary focus on high-volume Affiliates, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), trading communities, and traffic websites.
• The core objective of this position is to significantly maximize trading volume on our Futures and Spot order books within the designated region through the strategic onboarding and ongoing retention of affiliates.
• A secondary, yet crucial, objective is to expand our user base and elevate the overall awareness and perception of the OKX brand across Germany and Central Europe.
• You will be instrumental in proactively identifying, researching, and attracting new affiliates, influential KOLs, and burgeoning crypto trading communities and influencers, cultivating robust strategic partnerships to expand our network.
• Simultaneously, you will actively hunt for and secure new high-value VIP clients, contributing to the diversification of our client portfolio.
• This role demands a results-driven approach. You will be tasked with conceptualizing, implementing, and refining strategies and campaigns designed to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Key performance indicators will include driving substantial trading volume, increasing new user acquisition, and promoting consistent, active transactions through the affiliate channels you manage.
• Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs is paramount. This involves regular engagement, understanding their needs, and developing tailored partnership strategies to drive user acquisition.
• You will initiate and actively participate in meetings with existing and potential partners, diligently exploring opportunities to deepen cooperation, expand existing relationships, and forge new alliances, both within the region and on an international scale.
• Close collaboration with our Product department is essential. You will act as a crucial conduit, providing valuable market intelligence, user feedback, and competitive insights to inform product development and optimization efforts, ensuring our offerings resonate with and attract qualified users.
• Continuous competitor analysis is a key responsibility. You will stay abreast of competitor strategies, identify their advantages, monitor emerging industry trends, and leverage this knowledge to refine OKX's business development strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market opportunities.
• This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market dynamics, affiliate marketing best practices, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business development plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid affiliate marketing experience specifically within the Cryptocurrency space.
• Proven track record of building and scaling large affiliate networks from inception to maturity.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Deep understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methodologies, with a data-driven approach to performance improvement.
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret market data and inform strategic decision-making.
