  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our VIP client base across Germany and the broader Central European Union, with a primary strategic focus on the German market. This position is specifically designed to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and smaller corporate clients. You will drive growth by forging strategic partnerships and developing key client relationships, working in parallel with our institutional team that focuses on larger professional, enterprise, and institutional clients.
  • • Your primary objective will be to maximize Assets Under Management (AUM) within the region by successfully onboarding and retaining VIP clients. This involves identifying and engaging with potential high-value clients, understanding their unique financial needs and investment objectives, and presenting tailored solutions that leverage OKX's comprehensive product offering.
  • • A secondary, yet crucial, goal is to maximize AUM through the onboarding and retention of strategic affiliates. This includes identifying and nurturing relationships with key influencers, introducers, and partners who can drive significant client acquisition and asset growth for OKX in the region.
  • • You will be responsible for formulating and executing a robust revenue strategy, optimizing revenue streams based on OKX's product portfolio within the European market. This requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and client demands to ensure our offerings remain attractive and competitive.
  • • Collaborate closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute significantly to the overall strategic direction of OKX in Central Europe. Your insights and market expertise will be vital in shaping our growth trajectory and market penetration strategies.
  • • Lead our partnership initiatives across Europe. This involves proactively identifying potential strategic partners, evaluating their alignment with OKX's business objectives, and executing complex partnership negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • • Cultivate and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals, key clients, and affiliates across Europe. Your focus will be on ensuring an exceptional customer experience, fostering loyalty, and driving repeat business and referrals.
  • • Actively build new client relationships and identify new sales channels through a proactive origination strategy. This involves networking, attending industry events, and leveraging your existing professional network to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • • Implement proactive account management strategies. You will work closely with operational teams to anticipate and address potential client roadblocks, such as account freezes or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes, ensuring a smooth and transparent client journey.
  • • Serve as a key brand ambassador for OKX, consistently communicating and reinforcing the value proposition to all clients and partners. Ensure clients are fully aware of the benefits and opportunities available through OKX's platform and services.
  • • Contribute to the development and refinement of OKX's product offerings in Europe based on market feedback and client needs, ensuring our services remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, particularly within the German and Central European markets, to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • • Drive business growth through a combination of strategic outreach, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the financial and crypto landscapes in your target markets.
