- • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive pipeline creation and support Remarcable’s go-to-market motion in the construction technology space.
- • Run regular 1:1s, team meetings, call reviews, and training sessions to build skill, confidence, and career growth for early-career sales talent.
- • Own BDR performance against monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline creation, ensuring consistent, high-quality outbound execution across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on ideal customer profile (ICP), messaging, campaigns, and meeting quality, improving handoff to Account Executives for strong conversion.
- • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and activity tracking in Salesforce, using data and dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities.
- • Build and refine BDR processes, playbooks, and outreach strategies as the company scales, bringing organization and repeatability to a growing outbound function.
- • Serve as the foundation of Remarcable’s revenue engine by helping BDRs engage contractors and construction leaders with messaging that translates complex operational challenges into clear business value.
- • Thrive in a fast-growing, Series A–funded SaaS environment where coaching, structure, and consistency are key to scaling sales talent and pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of BDR/SDR management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- • Demonstrated success coaching and developing early-career sales professionals.
- • Strong understanding of the sales funnel from prospecting through opportunity handoff.
- • Comfort operating in a startup or scale-up environment with an evolving product and process.
- • Highly organized approach to leading teams, managing performance, and running cadence.
