  • • As a Strategic Partnerships Manager for the Real Estate team at Leap Tools Inc., you will drive the long-term success of the partner network by managing and growing relationships with strategic real estate partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • • Day to day, you will own partner health and retention, serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, develop deep insights into partner goals and challenges, identify risks and create action plans, advocate for partner needs internally, support product launches and go-to-market initiatives, help build internal processes and playbooks, track and report on partner metrics, and contribute to strategic planning for network growth.
  • • You will join a rapidly growing, remote-first tech company recognized as one of Deloitte’s fastest-growing for multiple years, serving customers in 80+ countries including Fortune 500 clients like Home Depot, with a mission to build the world’s most advanced solutions for the interior dĂ©cor industry.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic partnership management, gain experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, build scalable client success processes in a high-growth environment, and help shape the future of Leap Tools’ Real Estate vertical while working with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive partner satisfaction and business growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role
  • • Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic partner networks
  • • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across multiple stakeholder levels, including executive levels
  • • Entrepreneurial attitude with comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
  • • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and stay organized in a high-growth environment
  • • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • • Familiarity with the real estate industry and associated stakeholders (MLSs, brokerages, search portals, are the broader ecosystem) is considered a plus
