- • Own the Go-To-Market strategy for Vital Lyfe’s next generation product line, driving early customer engagements and funnel growth ahead of the 2027 product launch.
- • Build and expand the pipeline of commercial opportunities in the industrial and commercial sectors to convert into revenue-generating deals.
- • Project manage pilot programs with first prospective customers of Vital Lyfe’s industrial and commercial water desalination solutions.
- • Take a strategic role in shaping pricing strategy, product development, and overall business growth decisions based on market insights and customer feedback.
- • Lead international market expansion efforts, including navigating regulatory requirements across jurisdictions for all Vital Lyfe product offerings.
- • Represent Vital Lyfe at trade shows, industry conferences, and key industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- • Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with government entities and key industry stakeholders aligned with Vital Lyfe’s growth targets.
- • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and identify new growth opportunities.
- • Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate demand, competitive landscape, and barriers to entry in new geographic and sectoral markets.
- • Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product, and compliance teams to align business development initiatives with technical capabilities and product roadmaps.
- • Develop and grow a network of supportive stakeholders across public and private sectors to advance Vital Lyfe’s market presence and growth in key regions.
- • Capture and incorporate customer feedback into actionable product and strategy improvements to enhance market fit and adoption.
- • Deliver professional presentations and communications to executives, partners, and prospects with clarity and persuasive impact.
- • Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and resilience in managing complex stakeholder relationships under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
- • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and resource constraints.
- • Work exclusively onsite in Torrance, CA, with no remote or hybrid arrangements permitted.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate with 5+ years of professional experience.
- • 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, project management, business development, or similar role.
- • Proven success launching products across multiple markets.
- • Knowledge or experience in business development, project management, or international regulatory environments.
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines and resource constraints.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting and presenting professional presentations.
