📋 Description

• Identify and target businesses across retail, hospitality, corporate, and B2B sectors that lack a gift card or rewards program to expand Prezzee Pay’s closed-loop client base.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, industry research, trade events, and referral networks to build a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new clients by delivering compelling product demonstrations that translate Prezzee Pay’s white-label capabilities into measurable business value.
• Build and maintain enduring relationships with prospective and existing partners to drive long-term commercial success and repeat engagement.
• Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans specifically for closed-loop Prezzee Pay opportunities, aligning with company growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, structuring partnership agreements that deliver mutual benefit while adhering to Prezzee Pay’s commercial levers and frameworks.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs and tenders with persuasive, commercially sound proposals that highlight Prezzee Pay’s unique advantages in digital gifting and spend control.
• Act as the internal product subject matter expert (SME) for sales, ensuring alignment between sales strategy and product capabilities across internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Prezzee Pay’s delivery, customer care, and technology teams to resolve client issues, improve implementation, and enhance partner satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets for Prezzee Pay, tracking pipeline progression and conversion rates with precision.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and customer insights, translating findings into actionable sales strategies and tailored proposals.
• Maintain a hunter mentality in sourcing new business, proactively pursuing untapped markets and unexplored partnership opportunities globally.
• Work in a hybrid capacity, operating from either the Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD office, with flexibility to engage clients across Australia and internationally.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or corporate development, with preferred experience in program management within the digital gifting industry.
• In-depth knowledge of program management methods, technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital payment and gift card programs.
• Strong network and demonstrable track record in negotiating and managing regional partnership agreements.
• Proven ability to source new business independently with a hunter mentality and a history of closing complex B2B deals.
• Strong financial acumen and experience driving profitable growth through strategic commercial structuring.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
