- • The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth and expand collectionHQ’s global market presence by generating new business opportunities and converting pipeline into measurable revenue. This role is central to the company’s growth strategy, focusing on identifying new markets, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering impactful software demonstrations that communicate clear value.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure, identifying and generating new leads through research and outreach across multiple channels, developing market expansion strategies, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, presenting to senior stakeholders, leading product demonstrations, preparing proposals and pitches, negotiating contracts, collaborating with marketing and product teams, maintaining CRM records, attending industry events, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
