- • Proactively research and identify target businesses across retail, hospitality, corporate, and B2B sectors that lack a gift card or rewards program to expand Prezzee Pay’s closed-loop business opportunities.
- • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, industry research, trade events, and referrals to build a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
- • Prospect, pitch, and establish enduring relationships with new clients by clearly articulating the value of Prezzee Pay’s white-label digital gift card solutions with no POS integration required.
- • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that translate Prezzee Pay’s capabilities—such as spend control, category restrictions, and council-specific locking—into measurable business outcomes for prospects.
- • Develop, implement, and manage strategic business plans for closed-loop Prezzee Pay partnerships, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
- • Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial deals that leverage Prezzee Pay’s commercial levers and accommodate partner needs.
- • Prepare and respond to RFPs and tenders with commercially sound, tailored proposals that highlight Prezzee Pay’s scalability, global transaction support, and loyalty-enhancing insights.
- • Serve as the internal product subject matter expert (SME) for sales, collaborating with delivery, customer care, and tech teams to resolve client-facing issues and improve product adoption.
- • Achieve individual KPIs and Prezzee Pay sales targets by tracking opportunity progression from initial contact through to contract closure.
- • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to maximize closed-loop opportunities and ensure seamless client onboarding and experience.
- • Maintain a hunter mentality to consistently source new business, pursue leads aggressively, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies that drive profitable growth and customer retention.
- • Utilize financial acumen to evaluate deal structures, forecast revenue impact, and ensure long-term profitability of new partnerships.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners and stakeholders, demonstrating expertise in negotiating and managing multi-region partnership agreements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or corporate development, with preferred experience in program management within the digital gifting industry.
- • In-depth knowledge of program management methods, technologies, and relevant regulations.
- • Strong network and demonstrated track record in deal negotiation and commercial structuring.
- • Proven hunter mentality with a history of sourcing new business and closing leads independently.
- • Experience negotiating and managing regional partnership agreements.
- • Strong financial acumen and a proven ability to drive profitable growth.
