- • Own and grow a high-impact territory across Quebec, becoming the go-to reverse-mortgage expert for mortgage brokers, financial planners, and other referral partners. You will be entrusted with a multi-million-dollar annual quota and the autonomy to design the strategy that hits it.
- • Build, nurture, and expand a robust pipeline of referral sources through a disciplined mix of virtual Product Awareness Presentations, on-site branch visits, webinars, and targeted outreach. Expect to log 30–50 meaningful touch-points per week while maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
- • Master the end-to-end sales cycle—from first broker call to client funding—guiding third-party participants (appraisers, lawyers, underwriters) so every deal closes smoothly and on time. Your deal desk will be your command center; your reputation for flawless execution will be your brand.
- • Translate market feedback into actionable insights for Product, Marketing, and Executive teams. Whether it’s pricing tweaks, new collateral, or digital tools, your voice will directly influence the roadmap of Canada’s only Schedule 1 bank dedicated to homeowners 55+.
- • Deliver quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, showcasing wins, forecasting accurately, and flagging risks early. You’ll be expected to beat quota by at least 110 % while documenting best practices that can be scaled nationally.
- • Champion HomeEquity Bank’s values in every interaction: be customer-obsessed, courageous, collaborative, long-term minded, and exceptional. Your conduct will set the tone for how brokers perceive our brand across Quebec.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Legal, and Customer Success to remove friction for brokers and borrowers alike. When a complex file stalls, you’ll orchestrate the solution—without ever passing the buck.
- • Continuously sharpen your edge through internal academies, external designations, and peer learning circles. The bank reimburses tuition and gives you paid study time, so staying ahead of industry changes is not just encouraged—it’s funded.
