Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own and accelerate the Mass Data business across Europe as the go-to-market leader for Topcon’s construction portfolio. You will craft the regional strategy, set ambitious revenue targets, and orchestrate a high-performing team of product specialists who support both Topcon’s direct sales force and our carefully selected Mass Data distributors.
- • Translate market intelligence into action. You will continuously scan the European construction landscape—regulations, tendering cycles, BIM mandates, sustainability requirements—and translate insights into clear, executable plans that keep Topcon two steps ahead of competitors.
- • Empower every salesperson to sell Mass Data with confidence. Through training academies, playbooks, demo scripts, and joint customer visits, you will raise the technical and commercial competence of more than 100 sales professionals across 20+ countries, ensuring consistent messaging and rapid deal velocity.
- • Lead complex negotiations and demonstrations. When the stakes are high—think €1 M+ projects with tier-1 contractors or government agencies—you will step in as the trusted advisor, combining deep product knowledge with sharp commercial acumen to close win-win agreements.
- • Build and nurture strategic partnerships. You will identify software vendors, drone service providers, survey networks, and academic institutions whose ecosystems can amplify Topcon’s reach, then structure co-marketing, co-selling, or integration agreements that unlock new revenue streams.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment. Working hand-in-hand with product management, marketing, finance, and customer success, you will ensure that roadmap priorities, campaign budgets, pricing models, and support SLAs all ladder up to the Mass Data growth plan.
- • Manage and mentor a distributed team of product sales specialists. Through quarterly OKRs, weekly pipeline reviews, and on-the-job coaching, you will cultivate a culture of curiosity, accountability, and customer obsession that delivers double-digit YoY growth.
- • Champion data-driven decision making. You will implement rigorous CRM hygiene, build dashboards that track funnel health, and present actionable insights to senior leadership every month, turning raw numbers into clear next steps.
- • Represent Topcon at industry events, trade shows, and thought-leadership panels. Your voice will shape the narrative around digital construction, positioning Topcon as the indispensable partner for sustainable, connected job sites.
- • Ensure compliance and risk mitigation. From GDPR considerations in data capture to CE marking on hardware bundles, you will guarantee that every offer we take to market meets local and EU-wide regulatory standards.
- • Foster a remote-first culture of collaboration. Despite being home-based, you will create virtual rituals—stand-ups, deal clinics, win-wire celebrations—that keep the team energized and aligned across time zones and cultures.
- • Deliver predictable revenue growth. By the end of year one, you will have expanded the Mass Data pipeline by 40 %, increased win rates by 15 %, and secured three flagship lighthouse accounts that serve as reference stories across the region.
