• • Own the Ajax growth story in Germany’s largest federal state: Nordrhein-Westfalen. You will be the face, voice and strategist who turns Ajax’s award-winning portfolio of 280+ intrusion, video, fire, access and automation devices into the go-to security solution for installers, integrators, consultants and end-users from Düsseldorf to Dortmund.
• • Map, penetrate and expand the regional market. Identify high-potential verticals (retail chains, property developers, critical infrastructure, public facilities) and build a qualified pipeline of system integrators, VARs and monitoring centers. Translate local market intelligence into quarterly action plans that move the revenue needle.
• • Run end-to-end business development cycles. From the first cold call to signed framework agreements, you orchestrate product demos, proof-of-concept installations, tender support and post-sale upsell campaigns. You own the CRM funnel, forecast accurately and deliver predictable growth.
• • Become the trusted advisor. Conduct on-site and virtual trainings that turn technicians into Ajax power users and procurement managers into brand advocates. Translate complex feature sets (Jeweller radio protocol, Wings, Fibra, OS Malevich) into clear ROI stories that win shelf space against legacy brands.
• • Build and nurture strategic alliances. Work hand-in-hand with leading distributors, monitoring centers and industry associations to co-create marketing campaigns, roadshows and referral programs that multiply your reach without multiplying your headcount.
• • Champion market feedback loops. Distill installer pain points, end-user wish lists and regulatory shifts into crisp insights for R&D and product management. Your voice directly influences the next generation of Ajax devices and firmware releases.
• • Represent Ajax at trade fairs, roadshows and industry panels. From Security Essen to regional guild meetings, you evangelize the brand, collect leads and strengthen Ajax’s reputation as Europe’s most-awarded security system.
• • Collaborate with a European powerhouse. Tap into the knowledge of 5,000 Ajax colleagues, leverage centrally produced marketing assets and align with country managers across 180 markets to ensure a consistent, yet locally relevant, go-to-market approach.
