  • • As a Business Development Manager for Commercial Mortgages in the West Midlands, you will drive Allica Bank’s growth by building and managing relationships with commercial finance brokers and SME clients, directly supporting the bank’s mission to serve underserved established businesses through relationship-led banking and innovative lending solutions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of commercial finance introducers, reviewing and progressing lending applications from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring exceptional customer service for brokers and clients, collaborating across internal teams to deliver seamless service, and promoting Allica’s culture and values while adhering to credit policies and compliance requirements.
