  • • Manage the day-to-day health of Access Softek’s established fintech partner ecosystem, ensuring strong collaboration and performance across all partner relationships.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for 100+ credit union clients, maintaining and deepening strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and platform adoption.
  • • Lead internal team enablement by aligning product, sales, and operations teams on partner needs, goals, and operational workflows to ensure seamless execution.
  • • Establish and maintain the operational rhythm of the partner ecosystem, implementing processes that sustain scalability and efficiency as the network expands.
  • • Collaborate with the Head of Product to define and execute strategic initiatives that enhance partner value, retention, and expansion within the digital banking ecosystem.
  • • Leverage Access Softek’s established industry network to identify new partnership opportunities, resolve partner challenges, and advocate for partner feedback in product development cycles.
  • • Monitor and report on key partnership metrics, including engagement levels, integration success rates, and client satisfaction, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • • Facilitate regular communication between partners and internal stakeholders through structured check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and joint planning sessions.
  • • Ensure alignment between partner objectives and Access Softek’s product roadmap, translating partner insights into actionable product and service improvements.
  • • Support the onboarding and integration of new fintech partners into the ecosystem, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective implementations.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of partner agreements, service levels, and performance benchmarks across the ecosystem.
  • • Represent Access Softek at industry events, partner summits, and digital banking forums to strengthen brand presence and foster long-term relationship building.
  • • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within partner relationships and escalate critical issues to executive leadership with recommended solutions.
  • • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to co-develop partner-facing content, case studies, and success stories that highlight ecosystem value.
  • • Drive continuous improvement of partner enablement tools, training materials, and support resources to enhance partner autonomy and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in business development or strategic partnership management within fintech or digital banking
  • • Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of 50+ enterprise or institutional clients
  • • Strong understanding of credit union operations and digital financial services ecosystems
  • • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building trust with senior stakeholders
  • • Ability to operate with autonomy while aligning with executive strategy and organizational goals
  • • Experience using CRM and partnership management platforms to track relationship health and performance
