  • • Own the entire sales cycle from first handshake to signed contract. You will prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close six-figure annual SaaS deals with investment banks, hedge funds, private-equity shops, family offices, and listed corporates across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • • Be the public face of the company at marquee finance events—HK FinTech Week, AsianInvestor Forums, AVCJ Private Equity conferences, and closed-door CFO roundtables—turning handshakes into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
  • • Build and nurture a high-value network of CFOs, heads of investor relations, portfolio managers, research directors, and senior bankers. You will leverage existing relationships on day one and systematically expand your sphere of influence through targeted outreach, thought-leadership content, and warm referrals.
  • • Collaborate elbow-to-elbow with the founders and product team to refine the AI Analyst platform. Bring back granular field intelligence—feature gaps, pricing sensitivity, competitive threats—and translate it into product road-map priorities that accelerate adoption and reduce sales friction.
  • • Craft bespoke business cases and ROI models that resonate with financial institutions. Translate hours of manual earnings-analysis work into quantifiable dollar savings and risk reduction, then present those insights in board-level decks that secure buy-in from both end users and budget holders.
  • • Smash ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets. Track every lead in HubSpot, forecast with surgical precision, and iterate playbooks weekly to keep velocity high and CAC low.
  • • Mentor junior BD reps and SDRs as the team scales. Codify winning tactics into repeatable scripts, battle cards, and objection-handling guides that turn the entire squad into quota-crushing machines.
  • • Champion a culture of hustle, data-driven decision making, and customer obsession. Celebrate wins loudly, dissect losses openly, and maintain a relentless focus on learning and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, business-development, or investor-relations experience within fintech, financial-data SaaS, management consulting, or investment banking
  • • Proven track record of closing complex, six-figure B2B deals with institutional clients—bonus if you have carried a HKD 5–10 M annual quota
  • • Deep, active network of senior finance contacts in Hong Kong and Mainland China—CFOs, IR heads, research directors, portfolio managers, and investment-banking MDs
  • • Native or bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin; conversational Cantonese strongly preferred for local market penetration
  • • Relentless, self-directed hustle: you source your own leads, run disciplined outreach cadences, and bounce back from “no” with sharper positioning
