• • Lead Software Engineer (Frontend) – Drive the technical vision and execution of user-facing features for Xpansiv’s environmental commodity trading platform, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and accessible interfaces that support global climate action initiatives.
• • Day to day: Architect and implement responsive frontend systems using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate complex market data into intuitive user experiences; conduct code reviews; optimize performance and accessibility; participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmap planning.
