📋 Description

• • As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI Voice Agent team, you will design, build, and scale core systems that power Aircall’s AI-driven voice automation platform, directly enabling 22,000+ companies to automate routine customer interactions and improve agent productivity.
• • Your day-to-day work will involve architecting low-latency, high-reliability backend services for real-time speech processing, integrating large language models (LLMs) into production workflows, optimizing inference pipelines, and collaborating with ML engineers to productionize AI features such as call summarization, intent detection, and real-time guidance.
• • You’ll join a fast-moving, product-driven engineering organization headquartered in Paris with a strong North American hub in Seattle and a growing presence in San Francisco, where cross-functional teams operate with ownership, transparency, and a bias for action to ship impactful AI innovations at scale.
• • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in production AI systems, gain experience scaling LLM-powered features in regulated environments, influence technical strategy for AI voice products, and mentor engineers while contributing to a platform that is redefining how customer-facing teams communicate and perform.
