- • Senior AI Platform Engineer role focused on building and scaling the AI/ML infrastructure that enables hundreds of engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy AI at scale within Wellhub’s Product Development team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evolving Kubeflow, Feast, and Spark-on-Kubernetes infrastructure, designing internal tools and APIs for self-service ML workflows, standardizing engineering practices across ML lifecycle, driving MLOps and LLMOps best practices, and collaborating with Infrastructure and Data squads to integrate ML artifacts into global data governance frameworks.

🎯 Requirements
- • Platform-as-a-Product mindset with obsession over Developer Experience (DX) and feedback loops
- • Hands-on mastery of Kubeflow, Spark, AWS, and Kubernetes
- • Strong Python skills for building reusable libraries, APIs, and tooling abstractions
- • Deep experience with DevOps applied to ML/AI: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Crossplane), and Observability
- • Ability to partner with Data Science teams to translate complex use cases into scalable 'paved road' solutions
- • Systems thinker with ability to integrate ML infrastructure with data cataloging and governance
