- • Analyze, identify, and segment potential new customers within the defined sales territories of North-East and South-East Germany.
- • Manage and develop relationships with prospective new customers through targeted outreach and consultative selling.
- • Prepare and present customized offers, leading negotiations to successful sales closure for intralogistics solutions.
- • Advise customers based on detailed analysis of their business processes and intralogistics needs, providing tailored solutions.
- • Conduct frequent in-person customer visits and actively participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, including multi-day business travel.
- • Implement cross-functional campaigns and initiatives to drive acquisition of new customers and expand into new business areas.
- • Independently manage and optimize your own sales pipeline with a growth-oriented and cost-conscious approach.
- • Operate remotely from home office with significant on-site travel required across assigned regions, supported by a company-provided service vehicle.
- • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to align regional sales strategies and achieve defined business objectives.
- • Leverage CRM tools to track, manage, and forecast sales activities and customer interactions throughout the sales cycle.
- • Apply technical understanding of production and distribution logistics processes to effectively communicate value propositions to industrial and commercial clients.
- • Represent Kardex Deutschland GmbH as a trusted advisor in the intralogistics sector, promoting innovative storage, retrieval, and distribution systems.
- • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sale support.
- • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer demands within the intralogistics industry.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies based on field insights.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical business practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualifications through vocational training and substantial professional experience
- • Proven experience in analyzing and managing the full sales pipeline, including new customer acquisition and CRM-based customer segmentation
- • Basic professional experience in selling capital goods or investment-grade products
- • Technical understanding of production and distribution logistics processes
- • Strong sales and acquisition orientation with high self-motivation and results-driven mindset
- • Fluent in German and advanced proficiency in English
