• • The Business Development Manager, Operations & Maintenance at Solv Energy is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company’s Operations and Maintenance team within the renewable energy sector.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include account management of existing clients, prospecting and qualifying new leads, preparing proposals using company tools, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with internal teams on RFP responses, attending industry events, and ensuring accurate tracking of deliverables and timelines.
• • Solv Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects nationwide, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in renewable energy O&M services, strengthen client engagement skills, lead pursuit efforts from RFP to contract, and grow professionally through cross-functional collaboration and exposure to complex energy projects.
