📋 Description
- • We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real-estate and land-related transactions in Poland.
- • You will manage the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and first contact through negotiation to closing—while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
- • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings.
- • Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts.
- • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes.
- • Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in Poland.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development.
- • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end.
- • Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
