  • • Build and qualify a pipeline of enterprise and AI startup prospects for Featherless AI’s serverless open-model inference platform
  • • Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with technical accuracy and clarity
  • • Execute and optimize outbound outreach sequences using HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, and n8n to drive engagement and conversions
  • • Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers by identifying high-value users and nurturing them toward activation and adoption
  • • Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings between prospects and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and company founders
  • • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline metrics, and deliver weekly reports on sales activity and progress
  • • Represent Featherless AI at industry events to generate new leads, establish strategic relationships, and gather market intelligence
  • • Propose and test creative go-to-market experiments and novel partnership opportunities to expand platform adoption
  • • Engage directly with technical audiences including AI researchers, model creators, startup founders, and developers to articulate platform value
  • • Stay current on open-source AI models, inference optimization trends, and cloud infrastructure developments to maintain credibility in technical conversations
  • • Operate autonomously to prioritize tasks, manage multiple outreach streams, and drive results without direct supervision
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and inform product positioning
  • • Demonstrate deep familiarity with AI model deployment challenges and the operational barriers faced by developers using open-weight models
  • • Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication in English, ensuring messages are concise, credible, and human-sounding
  • • Act as a frontline advocate for democratizing AI by making 30,000+ open-source models accessible without infrastructure overhead

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years in Cloud Infrastructure Sales or Developer Relations
  • • Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)
  • • AI power user
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication in English — concise, credible, human
  • • Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done
  • • Familiar with HubSpot, Clay, n8n, or similar tools
