- ⢠As a Business Development Representative at Adthena Limited, you will play a critical role in driving the companyâs growth by generating and qualifying high-quality leads for the Account Executive team, directly contributing to revenue generation and market expansion in the competitive paid search intelligence space.
- ⢠Day to day, you will maintain consistent outbound activity via calls, emails, and LinkedIn; book meetings with qualified personas from your assigned TAM; conduct early discovery conversations to identify pain points; leverage Adthenaâs value proposition and case studies; use tools like Outreach, Orum, and Sales Navigator to scale outreach; track KPIs in Salesforce; collaborate with the AE team to align on target accounts; and stay current on industry trends and Googleâs updates.
- ⢠You will join a high-performing, collaborative Sales Team within Adthena, an award-winning search intelligence platform trusted by global brands like Citibank, LâOrĂŠal, and Volvo, known for its patented AI technology and strong culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and excellence.
- ⢠In this role, you will develop core sales skills in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and sales technology proficiency; gain exposure to strategic account planning and C-suite engagement; and build a foundation for career advancement within Adthenaâs structured growth path via âSherpa plansâ and internal mobility opportunities.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠3-18 months of sales or professional experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or Technology environment
- ⢠Proven experience or aptitude for outbound prospecting, including proficiency with cold calling, personalised email outreach, and other lead generation techniques
- ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging prospects effectively
- ⢠A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and master new sales methodologies
