Repurpose Global, a pioneering force in packaging sustainability and compliance, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly expanding social enterprise. As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating and nurturing top-of-funnel pipeline opportunities that fuel our growth and amplify our mission to create a world with zero plastic waste.
- • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential clients who are committed to enhancing their packaging sustainability and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will leverage a combination of inbound lead management and proactive outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Your success will directly contribute to rePurpose Global's ability to help brands measure their plastic footprint, recover plastic waste from nature through our extensive global partner network, and streamline their adherence to over 45 packaging regulations worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. You will meticulously manage inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring prompt and effective follow-up within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Prioritization will be key, as you assess leads based on their engagement levels and demonstrated intent, ensuring our sales team focuses on the most promising opportunities.
- • Simultaneously, you will execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns. This involves conducting thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target companies, understanding their unique sustainability challenges, and crafting compelling outreach strategies. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified pipeline by booking meetings for our Account Executives.
- • You will be a master of multi-channel communication, engaging prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn. This includes making cold calls, executing follow-up sequences, and building rapport to secure initial conversations and discovery calls. Your ability to articulate rePurpose Global's value proposition clearly and persuasively will be paramount.
- • Maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene is essential. You will be responsible for accurately logging all activities, updating prospect information, and ensuring clear next steps are documented in HubSpot. This diligent record-keeping ensures seamless handoffs and provides valuable insights for our sales strategy.
- • Beyond digital outreach, you will have the opportunity to represent rePurpose Global at industry conferences and events. This is a chance to network with potential clients, source new leads, and embody our brand's commitment to sustainability and innovation. Your presence at these events will directly contribute to pipeline generation and brand visibility.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Proven experience in lead generation, with a demonstrated track record in both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively across various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
