- • As a BDR, your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads, transforming initial interest into scheduled appointments for our client's sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, responsible for understanding their needs, uncovering pain points, and determining their suitability for our client's solutions. This requires a proactive and persistent approach, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
- • Your day-to-day activities will revolve around strategic outbound calling. You'll be making a significant volume of calls to potential clients, initiating conversations, and building rapport. The goal is not just to make contact, but to conduct thorough qualification, ensuring that only the most promising leads are passed on to the sales team. This involves asking insightful questions, actively listening to responses, and accurately assessing the prospect's needs and buying intent.
- • A core component of this role is appointment setting. Once a lead is qualified, you will be responsible for scheduling productive meetings and demonstrations between the prospect and the sales team. This requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to secure commitment for a follow-up meeting. The consistent flow of these appointments is critical to the sales team's success and will be a key performance indicator for your role.
- • Meticulous tracking and reporting are paramount. You will be expected to diligently update and maintain lead information, appointment statuses, and all sales activities within Monday.com, our chosen CRM platform. This disciplined approach to data management ensures transparency, allows for accurate performance analysis, and provides valuable insights for refining our sales strategies. Regular reporting on your progress, any challenges encountered, and the results achieved will be a key part of your responsibilities.
- • This role offers a highly competitive commission structure, providing significant earning potential. For an average performer, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $1,000 to $1,500 per month. For strong performers who consistently exceed expectations, the OTE can reach between $1,800 and $2,200 per month. This commission-based model rewards your direct contribution to pipeline generation and appointment setting.
- • You will be working with U.S.-based clients, which means availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) is essential. This alignment ensures seamless communication and collaboration with clients and the internal sales team, regardless of your geographical location in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe.
- • Success in this role is defined by your ability to consistently qualify leads and secure appointments for the sales team. It also hinges on your accuracy in tracking and reporting activities in Monday.com and your effectiveness in maintaining prospect engagement through strong follow-up and communication. Your contributions will directly impact the sales performance and pipeline growth of our clients.
