📋 Description
- • Drive adoption of Carwow’s Sell My Car platform by signing up new independent motor traders and franchise dealer groups through consultative phone-based selling and tailored product demos.
- • Generate new business via cold outreach and inbound leads, primarily conducted over the phone, with occasional field visits to close key deals and strengthen partnerships.
- • Identify and upsell additional services including transport, wallet, stock funding, and other emerging propositions to existing and new dealers.
- • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key decision-makers such as General Managers, Group Buyers, Business Owners, and Sole Traders.
- • Deliver persuasive, adaptable pitches tailored to the specific needs and structure of each dealership, from small independent operators to large franchise groups.
- • Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handover of newly onboarded dealers and support the reactivation of inactive accounts.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity to support sales forecasting, reporting, and growth strategies.
- • Use data insights to identify potential opportunities and risks in dealer engagement, without requiring advanced data analysis expertise.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with shifting targets and expanding product offerings.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for new dealer onboarding, guiding them through the process from initial contact to active bidding and buying on the platform.
- • Contribute to team goals by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team-based KPIs related to new dealer acquisition and platform adoption.
- • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and Carwow’s evolving product suite to provide accurate, value-driven advice to potential partners.
- • Participate in regular training sessions to refine sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
- • Demonstrate initiative in prospecting and closing deals while adhering to company compliance and data protection standards.
- • Represent Carwow professionally in all external communications, reinforcing brand credibility and trust within the automotive retail sector.
- • Support broader team objectives by sharing best practices, feedback, and insights from dealer interactions to inform product and process improvements.
- • Embrace a hunter mentality with consistent focus on expanding the dealer network and maximizing platform usage across the UK market.
- • Balance high-volume outreach with personalized engagement to ensure quality interactions that lead to long-term dealer retention.
- • Travel occasionally within the UK as needed to conduct in-person meetings with strategic dealer partners when phone engagement is insufficient to close deals.
- • Work within structured sales cycles while maintaining flexibility to respond to dealer-specific needs and timelines.
