- • Own the top-of-funnel engine for JBS Dev’s fastest-growing practice areas—strategy & architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, data science, mobile application development, and visual interface design. You will be the first human touchpoint for SaaS, retail, e-commerce, financial-services, education, non-profit, and healthcare prospects, turning cold interest into warm, qualified pipeline.
- • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, video) and rapid-response inbound follow-up to set discovery meetings that convert at ≥35 %. You will research org charts, trigger events, and buying signals to craft hyper-relevant messaging that resonates with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Chief Data Officers.
- • Run crisp 15-minute discovery calls to uncover pain, quantify impact, and map stakeholders. You will use MEDDICC-lite qualification to tag opportunities A, B, or C, ensuring only high-value deals advance to our Senior Account Executives.
- • Collaborate daily with marketing to iterate sequences, A/B-test subject lines, and feed real-time field intelligence back into campaigns. Your closed-loop feedback will directly influence content, ad spend, and event strategy.
- • Shadow and then co-sell with Senior AEs on complex, six-figure deals. You will build business cases, draft tailored proposals, and present ROI models that accelerate decision-making. Within 9–12 months of consistent over-achievement, you will be promoted to a full-cycle Account Executive with your own territory.
- • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene (Salesforce & HubSpot) by logging activities, next steps, and deal notes within 15 minutes of every touch. You will build dashboards that give leadership 100 % visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- • Champion the voice of the prospect in weekly product-syncs, surfacing feature gaps and pricing objections that inform roadmap priorities and packaging decisions.
- • Travel lightly (2–4 trips per year) to represent JBS Dev at industry conferences and client sites across Nevada, Arizona, California, and Utah, turning hallway conversations into signed SOWs.
