- • As a Business Development Representative at PhotoRoom SAS, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint in the North American market by generating qualified sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts and effective lead qualification, directly contributing to the company’s goal of 40% year-over-year growth.
- • You will join a high-performing, NYC-based BDR team that operates on a proven playbook, receiving direct coaching from the BDR Team Lead to consistently hit monthly targets while building foundational skills in enterprise SaaS sales.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include running targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage prospects in key verticals, qualifying inbound leads, and ensuring seamless handoffs to Account Executives and the Head of Sales to maintain deal velocity.
- • You will leverage tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify high-potential accounts, track activity, and maintain accurate pipeline visibility, while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, test campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
- • You will be expected to consistently meet monthly pipeline goals, log all activities with precision in HubSpot, and continuously iterate on your approach based on data and feedback to optimize performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably as a BDR, SDR, or similar role in B2B SaaS or API-first environments
- • Fluency in English with strong communication skills: concise, engaging, and persuasive in written and verbal outreach
- • Familiarity with outbound sales tools including Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with the ability to analyze campaign results and iterate based on data
- • Proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and building processes in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Genuine enthusiasm for AI technology and its applications in creative and business contexts
