- • As a Business Development Representative at Replit, you will be an early member of the sales team responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline for Account Executives.
- • Your day-to-day activities will include researching target accounts, creating personalized outreach strategies, articulating Replit's value proposition, scheduling meetings with qualified prospects, maintaining accurate CRM data in HubSpot, collaborating with marketing on lead quality, and refining outreach based on performance data to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Replit, the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language, with millions of users worldwide and a vision to democratize software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales development, gain deep familiarity with AI-powered developer tools, refine your communication and prospecting skills, and contribute directly to Replit’s go-to-market strategy while building a foundation for a career in technology sales or business development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar customer-facing role
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
- • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of new technologies
- • Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Clay, SmartLead)
