- • Surglobal Inc. is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in Mexico City. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on initiating contact, engaging potential clients, and laying the groundwork for successful sales engagements. As a BDR, you will be the crucial first point of contact for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), IT solutions providers, cybersecurity firms, and other B2B service organizations. Your primary mission will be to conduct extensive outbound prospecting and skillfully set qualified appointments, directly fueling our sales pipeline and contributing to the company's expansion.
- • In this capacity, you will be instrumental in managing and executing sophisticated email outreach campaigns. This involves meticulously filtering contact lists within HubSpot to define precise enrollment segments for various email sequences. You will be responsible for enrolling prospects into targeted, multi-step email campaigns, ensuring that each communication is relevant, timely, and aligned with our outbound sales strategies. The ability to manage, maintain, and optimize these email sequences, including their timing and segmentation, is critical for ensuring effective and impactful outreach that resonates with our target audience.
- • A significant portion of your role will involve direct, high-volume outbound calling. You will be expected to make between 60 to 100 outbound dials per day, engaging with potential clients to gauge their interest and identify opportunities. Adherence to approved outreach scripts, messaging flows, and objection-handling frameworks provided for each client is paramount. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently follow these guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversational style.
- • The core objective of your outbound efforts is to set qualified discovery meetings. You will be responsible for scheduling these meetings directly onto the client’s calendar, ensuring that they meet our defined qualification criteria. This requires a keen understanding of our service offerings and the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- • Meticulous record-keeping is a non-negotiable aspect of this role. You will be required to accurately log all call outcomes, detailed notes, and dispositions within the client’s HubSpot CRM system. This ensures that our sales team has up-to-date and comprehensive information for their follow-up engagements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for promptly returning inbound calls from prospects who respond to your outreach, demonstrating responsiveness and a commitment to engaging with interested parties.
- • Listening to voicemails, returning calls with speed, and diligently logging all associated activity within HubSpot are essential daily tasks. This consistent activity ensures that no lead is left unattended and that our CRM remains a reliable source of truth for all prospect interactions. You will also play a key role in nurturing warm prospects through continued follow-up messaging and strategic call attempts, adhering to established cadences to maintain engagement and move them further down the sales funnel.
- • This role demands a high degree of self-discipline, organization, and a results-oriented mindset. You will be working independently to meet daily activity targets, requiring a proactive approach and a strong sense of accountability. The ability to adapt to different client needs and messaging strategies, while maintaining a consistent level of performance, is crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.
