📋 Description
- • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social channels to generate new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
- • Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives by assessing prospect needs, fit, and readiness for a product demo.
- • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to identify pain points and align solutions with company offerings.
- • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring accurate timing and context for follow-up.
- • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and outcomes within the CRM system.
- • Adhere strictly to established sales processes, messaging frameworks, and compliance guidelines during all customer interactions.
- • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for activity volume and qualified opportunity creation.
- • Collaborate remotely with sales, marketing, and operations teams using digital collaboration tools to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- • Utilize CRM platforms to track pipeline progression, update lead scores, and report on key performance metrics.
- • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospects who have engaged with company content or campaigns.
- • Adapt outreach strategies based on feedback, performance data, and evolving market conditions.
- • Operate within US time zones (EST–PST) to align with prospect availability and internal team schedules.
- • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of accountability, discipline, and productivity.
- • Leverage sales engagement tools and dialers to maximize outreach efficiency and call volume.
- • Ensure all communication reflects professional standards and brand voice across all channels.
- • Participate in regular training sessions to refine messaging, improve objection handling, and stay current with product updates.
- • Support pipeline growth by identifying and prioritizing high-potential prospects based on defined criteria.
- • Document reasons for lead disqualification accurately to inform future targeting and marketing efforts.
- • Maintain confidentiality of prospect data and comply with all applicable data privacy regulations.
- • Report challenges, bottlenecks, or process improvements to management for continuous optimization of the sales development function.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, sales development, or lead generation
- • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
- • Experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Comfort with outbound calling and written prospecting
- • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
