- • Lead and execute go-to-market strategies to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth across APAC and Middle East markets.
- • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients at multiple organizational levels, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on strategy, messaging, and execution for targeted accounts.
- • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, and account plans to equip the sales team with tools to close enterprise deals.
- • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with prospects to uncover pain points, assess needs, and position UptimeAI’s AI-driven predictive analytics solutions as a strategic solution.
- • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of UptimeAI’s product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- • Track and report on key performance metrics including pipeline volume, conversion rates, and revenue attainment against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- • Expand UptimeAI’s enterprise client base by identifying new opportunities and penetrating existing accounts through strategic account planning.
- • Work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment typical of a pre-IPO company, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and market feedback.
- • Demonstrate strong leadership by influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without direct authority over internal stakeholders.
- • Leverage CRM tools to manage client interactions, forecast pipeline, and ensure accurate data hygiene across the sales process.
- • Apply problem-solving and strategic thinking to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and technical evaluators.
- • Maintain a high level of resilience, self-motivation, and agility while operating in a high-growth, rapidly evolving startup environment.
- • Contribute to industry-wide change by enabling clients to reduce downtime and optimize operational reliability through AI-powered insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development, specifically in enterprise software sales.
- • Proven track record of selling to enterprise clients in APAC and Middle East markets.
- • Demonstrated experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
