- • Build analytical systems to evaluate compensation competitiveness by integrating Ashby offer data, band positions, acceptance rates, and market benchmarks into a live, automated recommendation engine.
- • Develop predictive models to identify employees at risk of regretted attrition 90 days in advance, surfacing actionable signals directly into manager 1:1 prep tools.
- • Design and deploy AI agents that generate first-pass recommendations for high-stakes People decisions—including compensation adjustments, promotions, and hiring—enabling leaders to review and refine rather than originate from scratch.
- • Construct a recruiting analytics layer that links sourcing channels to time-to-hire, first-year performance, and tenure, enabling data-driven reallocation of recruiting spend and weekly insights for recruiting leadership.
- • Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics including spans and layers, talent density, and hiring efficiency to identify structural inefficiencies, over-leveling, or under-leveling within the organization.
- • Partner with Finance to replace static spreadsheets with a dynamic, live workforce model that incorporates attrition rates, hiring velocity, and ramp time by function.
- • Leverage LLMs and agentic workflows to analyze unstructured People data at scale, including exit interviews, performance reviews, support tickets, and engagement survey responses.
- • Replace quarterly reporting cycles with always-on AI agents that proactively surface timely insights to leaders based on real-time data, not scheduled updates.
- • Support executive-level talent decisions—including hiring, retention strategies, and reorganizations—with rigorous, data-backed analysis and causal inference.
- • Connect operational People data across HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Data Engineering to build end-to-end workflows that automate decision-making and reduce manual reporting.
- • Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and model large-scale behavioral and operational datasets from People systems to drive talent strategy.
- • Implement statistical frameworks for experimentation and causal inference to validate the impact of People initiatives on business outcomes.
- • Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving, AI-native environment, prioritizing automation, scalability, and impact over traditional analytics reporting.
- • Handle highly sensitive compensation and organizational data with strict discretion and adherence to privacy protocols.
- • Collaborate closely with People leadership and cross-functional partners to translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 6 years of experience in People Analytics, compensation analytics, or workforce analytics
- • Strong SQL and Python skills
- • Experience building predictive models and analytical frameworks for business decision-making
- • Strong statistical foundation, including experimentation and causal inference
- • Experience working with large-scale operational or behavioral datasets
- • Demonstrated experience using AI and LLMs in analytics workflows
