Redgate Software, a leader in database management solutions, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding sales team in the vibrant city of Berlin.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales efforts by proactively identifying and engaging with new and existing customers. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial part in shaping their initial perception of Redgate and our innovative software solutions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities within the DACH market. This involves expertly managing both inbound leads generated through our marketing efforts and outbound leads that you will proactively source. You will leverage a sophisticated toolkit, including phone, CRM systems, specialized outreach software, and social media platforms, to connect with prospects.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to conduct high-level qualification calls, understanding the unique challenges and needs of potential clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Redgate's market-leading software can address complex database management challenges across the DevOps lifecycle, thereby increasing efficiency, reducing errors, and protecting critical business data.
  • • You will delve deep into the business challenges faced by IT leaders, development teams, and operations teams, uncovering insights that challenge the status quo and offer solutions to the increasing pressures in database development.
  • • This role encompasses all facets of lead acquisition, from meticulous research and initial contact to qualification and nurturing. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • • Collaboration will be key. You will work closely with experienced Account Managers to expand the sales pipeline and refine your own sales techniques. Furthermore, you will partner with various internal departments and functions to achieve your targets, fostering a cohesive and results-oriented approach.
