Reporting directly to the ePAC HR Director of People and Performance, this remote role is pivotal in fostering a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment across our diverse global operations. - • As an ER Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact and a trusted advisor for all employee relations matters. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex situations, providing guidance to leadership, and ensuring the consistent and fair application of company policies and procedures. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and opportunities for improving workplace dynamics.
- • A core responsibility of this position is to conduct thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into a wide range of employee concerns. This includes, but is not limited to, allegations of harassment, discrimination, violations of our code of conduct, workplace conflicts, and other policy-related issues. You will meticulously gather facts, interview relevant parties, analyze evidence, and prepare comprehensive reports with well-reasoned recommendations.
- • You will be expected to possess a deep understanding of and apply various HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements relevant to our global operations. This includes staying abreast of changes in legislation and best practices to ensure our practices remain compliant and effective.
- • This role involves actively supporting the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Your input will be invaluable in ensuring these policies are clear, consistent, legally sound, and effectively communicated to all employees, thereby promoting a culture of fairness and accountability.
- • You will act as a coach and mentor to managers and employees, providing guidance on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and best practices for building and maintaining strong, productive working relationships. Your support will empower leaders to address employee issues proactively and constructively.

- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
