📋 Description

• As a Senior Application Security Engineer at ServiceTitan, you will help transform product security into a core part of engineering delivery by building a 'Secure Paved Road'—an automated, self-service ecosystem that enables 80+ R&D squads to build securely by default.
• You will define and scale secure software development by embedding security into the development lifecycle, automating vulnerability detection and remediation, standardizing secure architecture patterns, and eliminating entire classes of security issues at their source through close partnership with engineering teams.
• You will join a company transforming how trades businesses operate, where your work will directly reduce organizational risk and drive a shift toward secure-by-default development while validating defenses through testing, threat modeling, and proactive simulation.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in modern application security, lead cross-functional security initiatives, influence engineering practices at scale, and advance your career by working at the cutting edge of AI and security integration, automation, and secure software development practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product/Application Security with a strong background in software engineering
• Proficiency in C#/.NET (preferred) or Go/Java, with the ability to read code to find vulnerabilities and write code to fix them
• Experience moving security 'left' using tools like GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), dependency scanners, and secret detectors
• Proven ability to script (Python, Go, PowerShell) and automate security tasks, with a preference for building tools over manual fixes
• Interest in the intersection of AI and Security, including securing AI workloads and leveraging AI to enhance security throughout the SDLC
