📋 Description

• • Architect, build, and own end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 extensions that power millions of automated marketing journeys for ActiveCampaign’s global customer base. You will translate ambitious product road-maps into scalable C#/.NET services, plug-ins, custom workflows, and Azure-hosted micro-services that plug seamlessly into our AI-first platform.
• • Lead the full SDLC—from requirements gathering and technical design through coding, automated testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring—while collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and fellow engineers across Kraków, Indianapolis, and Sydney.
• • Design high-performance integrations between Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules and ActiveCampaign’s event-driven architecture, ensuring sub-second sync latency for 950+ third-party apps and real-time personalization engines.
• • Champion engineering excellence by writing clean, test-driven C# code, establishing coding standards, performing rigorous peer reviews, and evangelizing patterns such as dependency injection, domain-driven design, and resilient micro-service communication.
• • Optimize and scale data pipelines that process billions of behavioral events daily; tune MS SQL Server schemas, indexes, and stored procedures; leverage Azure Cosmos DB and Synapse for analytics; and containerize services with Docker & Kubernetes for elastic horizontal scaling.
• • Diagnose and resolve complex production issues—race conditions, memory pressure, API throttling—using distributed tracing, Application Insights, and proactive alerting to maintain 99.9 % uptime for customers in 170 countries.
• • Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Functions, AI Builder) and lead proof-of-concepts that could unlock new platform capabilities or reduce time-to-market for strategic features.
• • Mentor junior engineers through pair programming, brown-bag sessions, and architecture guilds; contribute to hiring and onboarding as we grow the Kraków hub from 30 to 100+ technologists over the next two years.
• • Shape the culture of our brand-new Kraków office: organize hack-days, speak at meet-ups, and collaborate with local universities to build a vibrant, inclusive engineering community.
• • Maintain a relentless focus on the end-user—whether that’s a small business owner setting up their first automation or an enterprise marketer orchestrating cross-channel campaigns—ensuring every line of code delivers measurable value and delightful experiences.
