- • Own and execute Vanta’s outbound sales engine to build pipeline as the company moves up market in a competitive landscape
- • Develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s value proposition and product to effectively communicate with prospects
- • Identify strategic accounts using tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and 6Sense to target high-potential customers
- • Design and manage multi-channel prospecting sequences in Outreach to maximize outreach efficiency and engagement
- • Coordinate and schedule meetings directly onto Account Executives’ calendars while accurately logging all prospecting activities
- • Counter objections gracefully with strong interpersonal and technical communication skills
- • Manage and optimize the current outbound sales process to support scaling operations
- • Act as a brand representative for Vanta by demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every prospect interaction
- • Embrace a self-starter mindset by creating and refining processes and procedures for a rapidly growing startup
- • Leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, improve outreach quality, and increase impact
- • Demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying emerging technologies to sales workflows
- • Maintain consistent in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday at the Dublin office as part of a hybrid work model
- • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales team focused on driving growth while maintaining exceptional NPS scores
- • Support Vanta’s mission to help businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and compliance
- • Engage in company-wide virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other cultural initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a pipeline-generating Business Development Representative role
- • Proven ability to use sales tech stack tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and 6Sense
- • Willingness and ability to commute to the Dublin office Tuesday through Thursday for hybrid work
- • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of initiative in fast-paced, scaling environments
- • Empathetic communication style with ability to represent Vanta’s brand effectively to prospects
- • Openness to using AI tools to amplify work output while applying them responsibly and ethically
