- • As a Business Development Representative at Pluralsight, you will serve as a critical engine for revenue growth by generating high-quality top-of-funnel opportunities through strategic prospecting in a dedicated territory, directly enabling Account Executives to close deals and advance your own career path in tech sales.
- • You will partner closely with sales representatives to develop targeted messaging, identify ideal customer profiles, and craft data-driven account strategies that align with acquisition, growth, or hybrid segments, ensuring your outreach is precise and impactful.
- • Your day-to-day will involve researching target accounts, mapping key stakeholders, and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, social media, and virtual events to engage prospects and uncover their business challenges.
- • You will qualify leads through discovery conversations, assess fit and intent, and hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives after initiating the first call, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
- • You will consistently monitor and manage your sales pipeline, preparing detailed activity reports and forecasts using Salesforce to measure performance against monthly quotas for qualified appointments and pipeline generation, while iterating on tactics based on results.
