  • • As a Sales Expert at Sunrun Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to connect people to clean energy by generating leads and delivering in-home solar consultations that empower homeowners to make informed decisions about sustainable energy solutions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing self-generated sales strategies, conducting in-home presentations, managing the full sales pipeline from lead to installation, accurately documenting outcomes in the CRM system, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets set by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred
  • • Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record to pass a background check
  • • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate cross-functionally and address customer needs effectively
  • • Willingness to travel within your local market and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate homeowner schedules
  • • Intermediate comfort with technology, including iPad/computer use and multiple software applications; CRM experience is a plus
