- • Own end-to-end demand generation efforts for VIP player acquisition, from initial prospect research through light qualification and handoff to the VIP Acquisition Team.
- • Source and enrich high-potential prospect data using public research, internal tools, referrals, and strategic list-building initiatives to build a scalable outbound pipeline.
- • Execute structured, multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns via email, phone, and digital platforms, ensuring full compliance with state gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.
- • Maintain high daily activity levels across outreach channels while consistently meeting or exceeding targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline growth.
- • Deliver a professional, player-first acquisition experience by aligning messaging and engagement tactics with brand values and regulatory requirements.
- • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and VIP acquisition teams to refine outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to log activities, track prospect interactions, and ensure accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.
- • Proactively identify emerging prospect segments and emerging market opportunities through continuous research and data analysis to expand targeting precision.
- • Maintain rigorous organizational discipline to manage large volumes of prospects, prioritize high-value leads, and follow up with consistent, timely communication.
- • Adapt outreach approaches based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving regulatory landscapes to ensure ongoing campaign optimization.
- • Support the scaling of demand generation operations by contributing to process documentation, template development, and team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all outreach materials and practices adhere to state-specific gaming licensing rules and responsible gaming obligations.
- • Represent DraftKings with integrity in all external interactions, maintaining a reputation for professionalism, transparency, and player-centric service.
- • Track and report on key performance indicators including outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity to inform team strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
- • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
- • Competitive and proactive mindset with proven success in outbound outreach and relationship-building
- • Strong research, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools and workflows
- • Coachability, adaptability, and desire to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
