- • Strategic Sales Manager, Corporate role at AlphaSense, Inc. based in Singapore, responsible for leading and scaling the Corporate Strategic sales business across Asia-Pacific by building and inspiring a high-performing team of APAC Regional Strategic Account Executives focused on driving revenue and growing the Top 120 Corporate Strategic Accounts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include attracting, developing, and leading a high-performing team; investing in talent development through call coaching and enablement; driving pipeline generation and accurate forecasting; leading from the front in strategic deals; bringing structure via CRM excellence and sales metrics; shaping regional territory strategy in partnership with global sales, account management, and customer success leadership; collaborating cross-functionally with U.S. and EMEA teams; acting as the voice of the customer in product and strategy conversations; building trust with senior client stakeholders; and contributing to commercial planning cycles influencing headcount and growth strategy.
- • The Corporate Strategic Sales team focuses on global growth and expansion of the Top 120 customers headquartered in each region, working collaboratively with Pods of regional account executives to deliver best-in-class sales execution and customer experience through executive-level relationships and business cases supporting Enterprise deployments of AlphaSense.

- • Experience building and scaling high-performing new business sales teams in SaaS or high-growth tech
- • A consistent track record of exceeding targets while leading with discipline, clarity, and accountability
- • Deep understanding of the Singapore and broader APAC market—able to navigate cultural, commercial, and operational nuances to drive regional success
- • Metrics-driven operator with sharp commercial instincts and command of pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales process
- • Strong collaborator who builds alignment across geographically distributed teams within sales/account management leadership, sales, product, marketing, and customer success
- • Executive presence and clear communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders with credibility and impact
