  • • Own the top-of-funnel engine for Influur’s brand-new AI-powered SaaS platform, targeting music labels, artist managers, streaming services, and consumer brands that want creator-driven growth. You will be the first human touchpoint for hundreds of prospects, turning cold outreach into warm discovery calls and, ultimately, into design-partnership conversations.
  • • Build a repeatable, data-driven prospecting motion from the ground up. This includes sourcing target accounts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and industry databases; crafting hyper-personalized sequences across email, phone, and social; and A/B testing subject lines, value props, and CTAs to double response rates month-over-month.
  • • Run 20–30 discovery calls per week, mapping organizational hierarchies, surfacing pain points around creator campaign ROI, and quantifying the cost of status-quo workflows. You will log every insight in HubSpot, tag themes, and feed a living “voice-of-customer” dashboard that Product and Marketing review daily.
  • • Translate qualitative feedback into quantitative evidence. When five prospects in a row mention “attribution after the TikTok spike,” you will design a one-question survey, send it to 100 similar titles, and present a data-backed case for a new dashboard feature to the Head of Product within 48 hours.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape the go-to-market narrative. You will join weekly stand-ups with Engineering to clarify technical objections, pair with Growth Marketing to refine ICP messaging, and sit in on user-research sessions to ensure outbound scripts mirror the language customers actually use.
  • • Experiment relentlessly. One week you might test gifting vinyl records to tour managers, the next you might co-host a Clubhouse room with a Grammy-winning producer. You will track cost-per-lead, pipeline influence, and close-rate by channel, doubling down on what works and sunsetting what doesn’t.
  • • Build the BDR playbook for scale. Document winning email templates, call frameworks, objection-handling sheets, and CRM hygiene standards so that when the team triples next year, new reps ramp in days—not weeks.
  • • Represent Influur at music festivals, creator economy meetups, and industry panels—sometimes in Los Angeles, sometimes in Nashville, occasionally in London. You will gather competitive intel, capture on-the-ground content for our social channels, and bring back a suitcase of fresh leads.
  • • Hit and exceed pipeline targets: 40 qualified opportunities per quarter, $2 M in influenced ARR within 12 months, and 30% conversion from discovery call to product demo. Your performance will be measured by both quantity and quality, with SPIFFs for creative campaigns that break through the noise.
  • • Champion the creator economy internally. Whether it’s sharing a viral dance trend in Slack or flagging a rising indie artist, you will keep the entire company plugged into the culture we are helping to monetize.
