- • As a Business Development Representative at Fieldguide, you will play a critical role in driving new business and shaping the company’s growth by building and managing a strong sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach and close collaboration with Account Executives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include engaging new and existing leads through creative, personalized outreach, educating prospects using real business cases, developing deep expertise in the Fieldguide platform, refining the sales playbook, and ensuring seamless handoffs to Account Executives after demo calls.
- • Fieldguide is a remote-first, values-driven startup backed by top investors, dedicated to automating and streamlining audit and advisory work in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit to build trust in global commerce. The company is building a Utah hub and offers a hybrid work model after an initial remote phase.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales fundamentals, gain deep product and industry knowledge, refine your outreach and relationship-building skills, and build a long-term career foundation in sales through mentorship, training, and exposure to high-performing representatives.
